Our Story

After more than a decade of perfecting cold brew coffee at home, I fell in love with the smooth, rich flavour — and the way it naturally fuelled my day. But when I turned to store-bought ready-to-drink options, I was consistently disappointed. Most were overly sugary, packed with ingredients I didn’t recognise, and felt more like a dessert than a coffee. That wasn’t what I needed — especially first thing in the morning.

I wanted something different: a clean, balanced, genuinely energising cold brew that could support me throughout the day without the crash. No unnecessary sweetness. No compromise on quality.

Then came maternity leave — and with it, a new kind of inspiration.

During those early days, I found the time and determination to turn my passion into something real. I began crafting my own ready-to-drink cold brew, carefully refining each recipe to be simple, honest, and great-tasting. This wasn’t just about coffee anymore — it was about creating something better for myself, and for others who felt the same way.

The brand itself is named after my daughter — a daily reminder of why this matters so much.

From the very beginning, my mission has been clear: to create a coffee that people can trust. That means taking allergens and dietary needs seriously. Too often, they’re overlooked or treated as an afterthought — but when it comes to what we consume, you can never be too careful.
